Vermont sun & Lake Dunmore Triathlons
Salisbury, Vermont
Celebrating our 39th season. The Vermont Sun Sprint Triathlon: Swim 600 yards, Bike 14 miles, Run 3.1 miles. The Lake Dunmore Olympic Triathlon: Swim 1600 yards, Bike 28 miles, Run 6.2 miles.
The events are the USA Triathlon Vermont State Sprint and Olympic championships. They are open to all. Each has an aqua bike (no run) and team divisions. Awards to top three in five year age groups. Amenities include digital photos, post race food, T-shirts, custom water bottle, swim cap, and more.
