Vermont Sun and Lake Dunmore Triathlons
Salisbury, Vermont
Celebrating our 39th season. The Vermont Sun Triathlon: swim 600 yards, Bike, 14 miles, run 3.1 miles. The Lake Dunmore Triathlon: swim 1600 yards, bike 28 miles, run 6.2 miles. Both events are open to all. Each offers an Aqua Bike option (No run) and TEAM options. Awards to top three in each five-year age group. Amenities include digital photos, post, race, food, T-shirts, custom, water, bottle, and more. The lake Dunmore region is a most spectacular and pristine place to swim, bike and run.
