Enjoy a Hot Lunch & Let Leaders Hear Your Bike/Ped Concerns!

Next Wednesday, October 26, the Coalition will host its 3rd Annual Bike/Ped Business Forum in Montpelier.  This event is a gathering of bike shop managers, leaders of advocacy groups and bike clubs, legislators, B&B owners, representatives from the Agency of Transportation, the Department of Tourism and Marketing, regional planning commissions and many others.  All are coming together to find ways for more people to safely participate in bike/ped activities in Vermont.

Thanks to donations from four major sponsors (Tourism & Marketing, Bike Vermont, Onion River Sports, and the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce), we have enough resources this year to open the door to bike/ped enthusiasts.  So, if you’d like to enjoy a delicious, hot lunch at no charge and the chance to speak your mind on bike/ped issues, please reply at your earliest convenience to this message.  Reservations will be welcome on a first come, first serve basis while space is available.  Those who reserve will be sent the detailed invitation with driving directions and a parking permit.  The event runs from 9:30 am until 2:30 pm.
