Green Mountain Stage Race
Waitsfield, VT
A 4-day road bicycle stage race. The GMSR is one of the largest road bicycle stage races in North America celebrating its 22nd running. Stage 1 is a 6-mile individual time trial start in Warren Village. Stage 2 is a 37-mile loop road race starting in Randolph with fields racing between 37, 74 or 111 miles. Stage 3 is the Mad River Road Race starting in Fayston and traveling over the Middlebury Gap & finishing at the summit of the Appalachian Gap. Stage 4 is the thrilling Burlington Criterium.
