Middlebury Maple Run
USATF-certified half marathon and 2-person relay, and a 3-mile fun run. Beautiful, scenic routes with views of the Green Mountains and Adirondacks. 50/50 mix of paved and dirt roads for the half marathon, all paved for 3-mile fun run. Well organized, great t-shirts, live music on course from Middlebury College student bands, post-race pancake breakfast with Vermont maple syrup. New for 2019—prize money and age group awards for the fun run. One of New England’s “must do” races.

Tuesday Night Trail Running Series

Join us for the largest weekly trail running series in the country! This fun event is for all ages and abilities with a 5 km race, and the continuation of the 10 km option on the second Tuesday of each month, a 2.5 km “Cadets” race, and a short little “Cubs” race held every week starting May 21 through September– view calendar or subscribe to shared Google calendar. We rotate between 3 different courses each week and give out prizes based on attendance at the end of the season awards pot luck.

Kick off summer with a run to the lake! Join us for a scenic 5K run/walk that begins on a country road, along a winding brook, and conservation trails to the lake! The race will begin and end at the Wallingford Recreational Area and Fields on Meadow Street, Wallingford Vermont.

This run/walk is designed for all levels. Whether its your first 5K or your 100th, you will be sure to love this gorgeous course!

Proceeds from this event will benefit the Wallingford Recreation Department.

7th Annual West River Trail Run
The Collaborative’s West River Trail Run is 11 miles of fun and exciting terrain from South Londonderry to Jamaica State Park following the West River. This year the run is Saturday, June 1st. It’s an amazing trail and we encourage all outdoor enthusiasts to participate individually or as a 3-man relay team. Girls on the Run of Vermont is celebrating its 20th anniversary season with the last of it’s three 5K events. Join us on June 1st, 2019 at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction, VT, for a 5K celebration unlike any other! This is a non-competitive, community celebration of girl power and the successful completion of our ten week empowerment program. 23rd Annual Central Vermont Runners Kids’ Track Meet

Open to all Central Vermont kids from pre-school through 6th grade. Age groups are: pre-school/kindergarten, 1st/2nd grade, 3rd/4th grade, and 5th/6th grade (grade based on current school year). Many different events! Mile run (3rd grade and older), half mile run (1st and 2nd grade), quarter mile run (all grades), 100 meter dash (all grades), long jump (all grades), and softball throw (all grades). Free admission to all events, with medals, ribbons, and t-shirts for all participants!

NH-VT Covered Bridge Half Marathon and Relay
Choose among 4 events: Half Marathon (Individual, 2P or 4 Teams) 5K or 16.2 miles (which combined the Half and 5K courses) or 3.8 mi. Fun Walk. Loop course starts and finishes in Colebrook NH with scenic route following the Connecticut River on VT 102 South and returns to NH after crossing the Columbia Covered Bridge. Medals to all finishers. Free massages to runners. Plenty of on-site parking. Award ceremony. Live Blue Grass music. Proceeds benefit the Kiwanis Club of Colebrook
NH-VT Covered Bridge Half Marathon and Relay

Choose between three running events on the same scenic course located in northern NH and VT. We offer a Half Marathon (individual, 2 person, 4 Person Relay teams), a 16.2 mile race and a 5 K race. The route starts and finishes in Colebrook NH crossing over into VT and following the Connecticut River until it returns to NH via the Columbia Covered Bridge. Medals to all finishers. Food, fun and live Bluegrass music at the finish line. Complimentary massages for 13.1 and 16.2 event runners.

Catamount Ultra 25K/50K Trail Race @ Trapp Family Outdoor Center
The Catamount Ultra Marathon starts and finishes at beautiful Trapp Family Lodge outside of Stowe VT. The 25k course is primarily wide, hard-packed dirt trail. Rolling through highland pastures and hardwood forest complete with maple sugar tap lines in place and ready for the spring “run”, this course is not to be missed. Our course circumnavigates the incredibly well maintained and protected Trapp Family Lodge trail system at the foot of Mount Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak.
