Vermont Sun and Lake Dunmore Triathlons
Salisbury, Vermont
The Vermont Sun Triathlon is a 600 yards swim, 14 mile, bike, and 3.1 mile run. The Lake Dunmore Triathlon is a .9 mile swim 28 mile bike, and 6.2 mile run. The triathlons are open to all and are the USA triathlon state championships. The Lake Dunmore region is a spectacularly, beautiful and pristine place to swim, bike and run. Amenities include digital photos, post, race food and music, massage, medals, T-shirts, and more. This is Vermont Sun 38th year of racing.
