This workshop is designed to help Skiers (downhill) to improve their performance and style.  A crucial element to become a better skier is to really understand the interrelationship of your legs and torso.  Bending and straightening the ankles, knees and hips in varied and unique ways will provide the base of this workshop. You will learn to sense and feel  the pressure in the sole of your feet and their functional connection to your body.
