Camp To Camp Ski in the Maine North Woods

The Maine wilderness is renowned for its scenery, wildlife and yes, this year, deep snow. The Moose Head Lake Region of Northern Maine is a special environment with thousands of acres of undeveloped land. It is an ideal location for this exciting backcountry ski trip with Hulbert Outdoor Center’s former Director, Andy Williams.  Ski with a small group from camp to camp. A warm cabin awaits you each night with a home-cooked meal prepared by the camp owner/manager.
Our trip begins and ends in Fairlee, VT.  We carry only personal gear needed for the day trip. There is ample time for natural history & photography. Learn about the history of the great Maine woods and the current initiatives to save this unique wilderness from significant development pressures.
Cost $875. Includes meals, lodging and leadership.
