The lake region is a most spectacular and pristine place to swim, bike and run. Novice and advanced triathletes alike marvel the beauty of our courses and enjoy the mountains, lakes and streams of Central Vermont. The swim takes place in warm, calm, crystal clear Lake Dunmore.
The , 200 miles in 2 days. First day is a scenic, challenging 100 mile route from Manchester to Hanover, NH. Second day riders join the Prouty Century Ride. Minimum pledge of $2,500 is required. All monies raised benefit Dartmouths Norris Cotton Cancer Center.
The Mt. Ascutney auto road climbs 2,300 over 3.8 miles for an average grade of 12%. The first half is hardest with sections at 19% grade. Challenge yourself in this short but grueling running race and be rewarded with the view from the top.
Join staff of SOLO for a two-day introductory course in wilderness medical emergencies. This course includes lectures and practical simulations. Designed for outdoor enthusiasts and trip leaders. AHA CPR available for $35.
