Break in the new year with brand new (or slightly used) ski and snowboard gear. Including all skis, boards, boots, poles & bindings for alpine, nordic and snowboard. Ice skates and snowshoes too! Swap drop-off will be January 5-9 between 10am & 7pm. No clothing or helmets will be accepted.

The Swap will be held at Skirack in Burlington on January 10, 2009 from 9am to 6pm.

This winter Stratton will host a series of freestyle compeititions dubbed the "Cold Wars." Open to the public, these contests will be held under the lights in the Tyrolienne terrain park. All events are set to begin at 5 p.m. with registration beginning an hour earlier in the Main Base Lodge. Advanced online registration will be open on active.com.
